Hello Shawols!

We are approaching this special time of the year again, Onew’s 24^th birthday! If you have forgotten the date, it is on December 14^th.  Forever_SHINee has prepared a Birthday project for him, named 1214 with Onew!

Currently, we have planned this project in two parts: birthday gifts and birthday message book. We are posting this early so we have more time for everyone to participate. Please do read through the rest of the post for details on the project!

1. Compilation of Birthday Messages | International Scale

We want our dubu Leader, Onew to receive birthday messages from all over the world as many as possible! ^^

Onew’s Birthday Book will be designed by us! We will update with the sample design as the date nearing to the closing date! To add more meaning to this message book, we need your help to send us photos related to 1214 and Onew! Those photos which you want to contribute; will be edited by us or you can edit it yourself. Of course, if you are only able to contribute messages, it is perfectly fine. ^^

** Please note that editing of fansite’s photos are NOT allowed and will NOT be included in the message book (:

Regarding the messages, they can be sent in English, Japanese or Korean languages. Your message in English should not exceed 300 characters and your message in Korean and Japanese should not exceed 250 characters. Please do remember to include your name and country where you’re from in your message! ^^ And when you are ready to send in your birthday messages and edited photographs for Onew, kindly send it to shiningbirthday@gmail.com using the following format:

*Deadline for submission:20^th November 2012

(Messages which are not sent in this format, will be rejected without notice)

Please do not include your personal contacts (Emails, Twitters, Handphone Numbers, etc.), or messages which will make Onew feel uncomfortable. I believe Shawols know what this means and how strict SM is on the gifts’ requirements. Shawols, please do not send us the photo of yourselves because we will not include it into the message book. Messages with explicit content would immediately be rejected as well.

Once you have sent in your birthday messages, please give us at least 3 days to reply you, confirming that we have received your message.

If you did not receive any reply from us, please mention @Forever_SHINee (on twitter) and we will get back to you. 

2. Collection of Personal Gifts | Restricted to SINGAPOREAN Shawols ONLY 

If you have prepared presents/gifts for our dubu leader, we are offering to send your gifts together with us through this birthday project. We are glad that, the Korean fansite, @Everything_Onew will be assisting us in the sending of gifts to SM. So rest assured, your gifts will reach our dubu leader, Onew safely. ^^
